The staff were by far the best part of our stay! All were so welcoming and kind. The pool and restaurant were always clean and the breakfast has a decent array of options. Our room was spacious and they even went above and beyond decorating it for my partners birthday with individual post it notes from all the staff! I can understand why people would think the location is a bit out of the way, but honestly it's peaceful and if you got the resort shuttle (which goes every two hours into the centre) it is pretty convenient. Or you can get staff to order you a bike/car, which will cost you peanuts!

The moment I arrived, I was not so sure that it was a right choice, as it is very end of the road, and surrounding is quite empty and wild. The front look is quite small with small reception. However, the moment that staff walked me to the room through the garden, villa, I realised it was a hidden charm. Kind of mini resort. The room is nice designed with screen and sound systems which is perfect to relax: Neflix is ready, Elexa as well. Room is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. Bath at the balcony is nice experience. The staffs are super friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast and Japanese style restaurant is good quality. Extra point for this place is spa. I have experienced spa at many places, but this place is at high level of professional skill. Should experience

The whole hotel was luxury, the staff were amazing, always pleasant and helpful. The room was outstanding we had a room which had a bath on the balcony which was pretty special. The room was beautiful. The shower was excellent. Best one we had in Bali. The pool space was great. Not many spaces to sit but we never had a problem getting somewhere. We found the sun beds on our last day! The spa was outstanding. My wife who has had lots of massages said it was the best she had ever had! The bambu one if you need a reccomendation! Ideal location away from the busy centre but close enough to get a taxi cheap and easy. Cows in the field beyond were fun to watch. Amazing sunsets from the balcony! This was our last stay in Bali and I think we kept the best till last.

From the minute you walk in until you leave the service is impeccable. We had a private villa with a pool and the room was just stunning. So light, sun shining in the room most of the day. The smart functions were great, the pool was perfect. Our TV wasn't working and they got straight onto it sending maintenance and it was fixed instantly. The breakfast was delish, the fresh fruit was great and the best fluffy pancakes. It's a bit away from the square but this was a good thing, it was nice and quiet and they had a courtesy shuttle that goes every 2 hours which is just perfect and you can get a cheap grab if you need. Everything was stunning. I will absolutely be back. Putri was so sweet and friendly and gave some great food recommendations. Padwa was also great and sorted and issue with a neighbouring villa, he is so funny!

All of staff were really nice and helpful, nice and clean villa. I like the simple buffet breakfast which I more prefer healthy breakfast instead of big breakfast, but if you like big breakfast you still have much choices for your breakfast. The suttle bus to the shopping center was really helpful. Spa was excellent. We got mosquitoes at the first night and they took care of it and all was good.
