From the minute you walk in until you leave the service is impeccable. We had a private villa with a pool and the room was just stunning. So light, sun shining in the room most of the day. The smart functions were great, the pool was perfect. Our TV wasn't working and they got straight onto it sending maintenance and it was fixed instantly. The breakfast was delish, the fresh fruit was great and the best fluffy pancakes. It's a bit away from the square but this was a good thing, it was nice and quiet and they had a courtesy shuttle that goes every 2 hours which is just perfect and you can get a cheap grab if you need. Everything was stunning. I will absolutely be back. Putri was so sweet and friendly and gave some great food recommendations. Padwa was also great and sorted and issue with a neighbouring villa, he is so funny!

I had an incredible stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Although I only remember Putri’s name, every staff member—from the restaurant, bar, reception, and even maintenance—was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. The food was outstanding, and breakfast was simply WOW! If you’re planning a trip to Bali, I highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it!

The bed was very comfortable and they made extra effort to decorate the bed and left us delicious cookies and cake and pretty messages made out of flowers and leaves everytime they made the room. I like “Alexa” which plays music on demand. The room is nice and clean, all staff are very helpful and friendly. The local menu (indo/indian selection) were delicious. Western food needs some improvement.

The staff were incredibly helpful and extremely pleasant. They made us feel at home. Breakfast was always great, with a variety of cuisines ro chose from. Also there was free transport to and from the city centre running every 2 hours, this was super helpful as well. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Very nice and cozy place. Very nice and good vibes... The concept of room was also amazing with projector and Netflix. It's a bit inside but easily accessible. To top it all... Everything was managed by Alexa... Just a command and it is done.

I loved how clean the room was, EXTREMELY well presented. Staff are very friendly and highly professional. They go above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations. The prices on the food menu are extremely affordable, and not over priced at all. The food is delicious and well presented. The customer service was amazing, so friendly! I had an issue with my door handle for my room and the service was so quick to respond and great turnaround time for the fix! The bedroom with the private pool and jacuzzi was perfect! Great privacy, brilliantly air conditioned as Bali is very humid. Tasty breakfast and room service options Would definitely come back to stay, highly recommended xxx
